    • Includes potential tenant scores - We will evaluate your potential tenant scores, and consult the owner to determine the best possible tenant.

  • Lease preparation and signing of lease-standard KCRAR lease

  • Collect first month’s rent and security deposit

FEES

Standard Costs:

Property Management: 10% of monthly rent

Leasing Fee: 50% of first month’s rent

Maintenance Fee: $22 per hour + Materials

Lease renewal $150

Credit check $60

Move in/move out condition report $100

Eviction Court Appearance $250

-Includes filing eviction and one court appearance. Additional appearances $150 per hour

-Lawsuit filing based upon cases by case status. Evaluation of the potential case included.
